In the model there are two main dimensions considering the customer needs.

Core HR which is facing the superiors and through providing employee capability enabling them to facilitate their strategy.
- Support HR which is on the one hand providing all employees with the right service but also supporting core HR. Support HR is enabling core HR to concentrate on the strategy.
I think the most difficult task for HR will be to reduce the complexity in customer needs and to define its role in the value in the company. |
